Brief description & main features
This JN series straight cutting machines are specially designed for cutting silicon steel coils into rectangular strips for transformer cores, welding machine cores, and reactor cores.
This kind of machine is equipped with hole punching online.
Strip length, quantity, hole numbers and positions can be preset on HMI.
Cutting speed is around 50-100 cuts per minute.

1) Inverter-controlled mechanical expansion decoiler
2) High speed feeding machine: feeding speed 100m/min
3) Hole punching device
4) Straight cutting device: 50-100 cuts per minute
5) Run-out table: prepared by Buyer, for collecting cut pieces
