1. The application environment of CNC shearing machine:
In order to improve the service life of CNC shears, it is generally required to prevent direct sunlight and other heat radiation, and to prevent places that are too humid, too dusty, or have corrosive gases. Corrosive gas is easy to corrode and deteriorate electronic components, resulting in poor contact or short circuit between components, affecting the normal operation of equipment. Fine CNC shears should be kept away from equipment with large vibration, such as punching machines, forging equipment, etc., and try to keep a certain distance away from these equipments. 2. Power requirements:
In order to prevent the impact of large power fluctuations (greater than ± 10%) and possible instantaneous disturbance signals, CNC shears generally use dedicated lines for power supply (such as separate from the low-voltage distribution room for CNC machine tools) or add voltage stabilizing equipment , Can reduce the impact of power quality and electrical disturbance.
 
3. Operation regulations:
Operating regulations are one of the important measures to ensure the safe operation of CNC shears. Operators must follow the operating regulations. When the machine tool breaks down, the operator should pay attention to keep the scene and explain the situation before and after the failure to the repair personnel, so as to facilitate the analysis and diagnosis of the cause of the fault and eliminate it in time. In addition, the CNC shears should not be stored for a long time. The CNC shears should be fully used in the future, especially in the first year of operation, so that the weak links of the simple faults are exposed as soon as possible and can be eliminated during the warranty period. When there is no processing mission, the CNC machine tool should also be powered on regularly, preferably 1-2 times a week, each idle operation for about 1 hour, to use the heat of the machine tool to reduce the humidity in the machine, so that the electronic components When it is damp, it can also find out whether there is a battery alarm in time to prevent the loss of system software and parameters.
 
4. Processing accuracy:
CNC shears generally analyze part of the core size during customization, such as the product's shear width, aperture size, commonly used aperture settings, aperture-to-edge distance, and processed material thickness.
